Junior Paid Social Manager – (Reporting Directly to The Director of Performance Marketing & Analytics)

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Execution – 70%

  • Setup, manage, monitor, and report on paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Implement tracking pixels, systems, and measurement tools accurately.
  • Develop testing plans and creative rotation schedules to optimize campaign performance.
  • Set up client reporting dashboards, understand the importance of each KPI to business objectives, and maintain awareness of creative assets in use and campaign goals.
  • Maintain campaign budgets and pacing to ensure full utilization of media spend, prioritizing the client’s best interests.

Social Media Planning & Strategy – 25%

  • Collaborate with the digital media department to create campaign projections, client strategy documents, and assist with new business development.
  • Utilize social media planning tools to define audience sizes, budgets, frequencies, and overall campaign scope and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for new and existing clients based on knowledge of existing platforms, maintaining curiosity about potential new platforms.

Reporting – 5%

  • Maintain and update live reporting dashboards for clients using DashThis and other reporting tools.
  • Manually import data into reports where necessary and utilize UTM parameters and Google Analytics to analyze and optimize campaign components.
  • Proactively communicate issues to internal teams or clients, collaborating with the digital media department to resolve any arising challenges.
  • Possess a general understanding of Google Data Studio to further enhance campaign insights and performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid social campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Basic understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of managing and analyzing data effectively.
  • Experience in managing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; familiarity with additional platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of remarketing and audience building.
  • Experience in managing small to medium-sized paid social campaign budgets.
  • Familiarity with Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic reporting platforms.
