Employers Used Facebook To Keep Women & Older Workers From Seeing Job Ads see the article here

Facebook has enacted a policy since last year of disallowing any ads relating to real estate, finances, or employment to discriminate using their targeting by age, gender, or other characteristics.  The fact that some companies still got around that restriction is bad in itself, but also speaks to Facebook’s common issue. They rely so much on machines to detect policy-breaking that they continue to cause problems by falsely flagging ads that don’t break policy, and allowing others that do. Facebook has a lot of work to do.
