Facebook is finally rolling out the search ad placements to all self-serve users of FB Ads Manager, as opposed to a closed beta.  This placement will be a vital piece of evaluating Facebook’s effectiveness as a conversion driver moving forward, as it will ostensibly gather traffic with higher intent than any other type of ad.  This might be exciting!

Google is releasing a new extension that will work as a lead generation form to easily allow searchers to input their information without having to go to the advertisers website. Additionally, this information can then automatically be imported into a CRM system utilizing Webhooks. This feature has long been successful with platforms such as Facebook, but the capabilities have been absent in Google until this point. Streamlining this process to capture leads will only help increase conversion rates and business outcomes.
